Possible to combine multiple PTGUI project files into one pano?

I had to give up trying to get a single panorama out of a 1400 image collection due to failure to align significant portions of the image. ended up making 14 separate project files, each of which has a perfect segment of the final image (aligned and pano-processed). trouble is, i still need something with the power of PTGUI to stitch these segments together, or need a way to combine these individual project files back into one giant panorama...but PTGUI wont accept PSB as input, and the outputs from each of the segments was 5-9GB PSBs...help!? Thanks!

You can combine projects using File->Append other project.  You will get individual lens parameters for each segment, so you will probably want to delete these to revert to a global set.
