Unsupported TIFF format : unsupported number of samples per pixel

I need help.

I have a .TIFF file and when I load into PTGui Pro Beta, I get the above message.  It comes from PS.

What does it mean?

Hi Philip,

It might be a CMYK tiff file, PTGui doesn't support this. You can
convert to RGB in Photoshop in Image->Mode.

Joost,

The .psd photo is in Mode - RGB color - 16 bit

Save as .TIFF and pass to PTGui and get that error message above.

Hi Philip,

I can take a look if you make your TIFF file available for download.
Please reduce the image size so I can download a small file.

I have reduce it by 3/4 the resolution.

PTGui  Pro beta will not open.  I did the edits in PS and it save and open fine.

I have solve my problem!

I remove all the funky channels and save it as tiff and now PTGui Pro is working.

Apparently at the last time I have to remove all the Channels too beside flattening and more flattening! LOL

I am new to Lum!  LOL!

Hope it help someone here next time.  LOL
