Bug that could lose all progress

I hae encountered a bug where all loaded images are removed and all temp files can be deleted. I loaded 1.7k 61mp images and aligned them using the align to grid function. Then when I was adjusting projections, the image viewer went blank and all my progress was lost. It took PTgui 1.5hrs to align the images with my i7 10875k and RTX2070 super setup, so it was quite frustrating.

That's unfortunate. Apparently PTGui crashed. This could be due to a bug
in PTGui or due to hardware or driver failures.

Make sure you have plenty of disk space. You can configure additional
temporary directories in Options - Folders and Files.

Also try disabling GPU acceleration.

If PTGui requests to send a crash report, please submit it and include
your email address. Sometimes this allows me to see what happened.
