Which License to purchase? (Pro)

Hello, 

I am an employee at a creative agency, we wish to license PTgui pro for company work. 

Is a personal licence (that states it is suitable for commercial purposes) suitable in this case? 

I will be the sole user and only installed on my computer.

Yes this is fine. It's just that if you leave the company, they can no
longer use the license.

Is it possible to transfer ownership of the license to another employee at the same company, should that eventuality occur?
