Question about control points shifting slightly

Hi everyone,
I have a quick question about setting control points manually. I just noticed this new behavior in PTGui 13.10.
When I place the second control point of a common pair, the point always shifts slightly to the bottom right immediately after clicking. This doesn't happen every single time, but it occurs quite frequently. Sometimes, when the second point jumps, the first point gets slightly corrected/shifted as well.
Sometimes it looks like it could be a rounding error, but it is still incorrect and shouldn't happen.
I have attached a short video for this. I can completely rule out any accidental mouse movement or hand shaking when releasing the click, as my hands are absolutely steady. Plus, the point stays perfectly in place on the second attempt.
Has anyone else experienced this?

I have noticed this behaviour (on Windows), but since the cursor ends up in the same position in both windows relative to the intended point, I decided it was of no particular concern.

Thanks Joost. I don't have access to Linux or macOS to verify this, but the issue doesn't appear to be Windows-specific.
