PTGUI available for purchase now. What about PTGUI 14

Will PTGUI 13.9 (Current version) new purchases be shut out of downloading PTGUI 14 for free, once released?

Hi,

The next update will be version 13.10, not 14.0. If you purchase a
personal license now, it will include all 13.x updates free of charge.
If version 14 gets released within one year of purchase, your license
will be upgraded to 14 free of charge,

I can't say when v14 will be released or what will be new, it will be
released when it's ready.
