"Zoom to Fit" menu option is greyed out in 13.7

After updating to 13.7, "Zoom to Fit" menu option is greyed out under the “View” menu.  (I normally use it when modifying control points).

I can confirm this. However, the Fit button on Control Point tab works
normally.

It's that keyboard shortcut I'm really after... I keep pushing Command-0 out of habit, ha
