No. The DNG files contain raw sensor data, which needs to be converted
(some say "developed") in order to be processed by PTGui. If you feed
the DNGs directly to PTGui, Libraw is used for this purpose. See also

If your photo editor can't open DNG files, it wouldn't open them if they
where produced by PTGui either. However, if you create your panorama as
16bit TIFF, you should have enough latitude to do the necessary edits.
If the DNG files are in HDR mode you can also stitch to EXR or 32 bit
TIFF, to maintain the full dynamic range.
It wouldn't be beneficial to do individual edits on the source images
anyway, since PTGui needs them all the same to process them correctly as
also stated in the above linked FAQ article. Please read it thoroughly...
