Hi,
By default all panorama viewers require that the panorama is cropped
symmetrically vertically. In other words, if you take something off the
top of the panorama you should take the same amount off the bottom. Or
in other words, the horizon of the scene must always be in the middle of
the panorama.
This is exactly what the vertical slider does: the panorama is cropped
symmetrically around the horizon. If the panorama was taken tilted
upwards, you will end up with some black space at the bottom of the
panorama. To hide this you should restrict the viewer by setting a
minimum tilt angle. If you ise the Publish to Website tool it will allow
you to set custom limits.
