CMS Build Gamma failed

Hi,

I'm having problems with an error stating CMS build Gamma failed on version 12.7.

I can upload pictures and it will stitch a panorama together, but I can't see or adjust it because of this error.

Hi Noel,

I suspect this is due to a calibrated monitor color profile on your
computer. PTGui tries to convert to the monitor color space but fails. I
would like to fix this; could you send me the ICC profile for your monitor?

In Windows 10 you can type 'Color management' in the start menu to open
the color management settings.

Under Devices you should see your monitor; presumable there's a custom
ICC profile listed (.icm or .icc extension).

The profile itself is stored in C:\Windows\system32\spool\drivers\color\

I would need this particular .icc or .icm file.

Thanks very much for looking at this for me. There are lots of icm files in this directory. I think its this one.

Hi Noel,

Could send me the output of Help - System Information in PTGui?

At 'Display color profiles' it should give the name of the color profile
in use. I think it would have to be different from sRGB actually.

Hi Joost,

These are the colour management profiles that I have on my computer. I updated all of my drivers and reloaded PTGui 12.7 and it still doesn't work.

Hi Noel,

Could you open Windows Explorer and go to:

C:\Windows\system32\spool\drivers\color\

This folder should contain the .icm files shown in your screenshot.
Could you send them to me as email attachment at sup...@ptgui.com ?
