Hi Éric,
Did you also try using the right mouse button? It's not clear in your video.
The idea to move the panorama up or down using the left mouse button,
until the center matches the center of the panorama editor.
Then drag using the right mouse button, this will rotate the panorama
around the center. You should be able to get a straight horizon.
Alternatively, use 'horizontal line' control points. Florian explains it
in tutorial #8:
