Intel(R) Iris(TM) Graphics 5100 compatibility ?

Hello,

I recently purchased a new Win 8.1 x64 laptop with 8 GB RAM and Intel(R) Iris(TM) Graphics 5100.

I read in http://www.ptgui.com/support.html#7_1 that Intel GPUs are not supported although it claims to support OpenCL (See attached GPU-Z report) ?

Will PTGui 10.x benefit from that GPU ? Has anyone here tried v10.x with it ?

I am currently using v9.2.0 Pro.

Hi Didier,

No, Intel GPUs are not supported for GPU acceleration in PTGui.

There are some driver bugs, but besides this the Iris graphics are
slower than regular CPU stitching anyway.
