Nop. Doesnt work like that. When I export again it only exports part of the Panorama, like if I where taking a snapshot os a 2000 x 2000 px area.

After dragging the image in (or using Load Images), ensure that the lens type is set to the same projection as in the original stitch and the Lens FOV is set to the angle of view of the panorama.  These should default to equirectangular and 360 if the panorama image is a full 360x180 (pixel dimensions are in the exact ratio 2:1).  All the other lens parameters should be 0. When you generate the output panorama, set the projection and horizontal and vertical angles of view to match the input image - e.g. equirectangular 360x180.

Tnks Jhon. That did it. Now, I exported the panorama again with metadata (including the GPS cordinates) but Facebook still doesnt recognizes it as a 360 Panorama. Do you know what else I could do so Facebook sees it as a 360 Panorama?

There seem to have some slight problems with FB... Check this thread (also in Google Group PTGui Support):

Log-out and log back in.. and then drag the ptgui image onto the status bar.
That should be it.
