PTgui Viewer in Android, issues with zooming and large resolution memory crash Flash, HTML5

I'm trying out PTgui Viewer on my HTC Desire android phone which doesn't have much memory, just 15mb spare.  I have the resolution set to 35mp.  The pano will not load because it takes up too much memory.  However, on an iPad it works fine with the iPhone resolution setting to 4.5mp, which uses HTML5.

Is there any way to apply this same resolution limit on an android phone using Flash?

I've only been able to find a work around by creating 4.5mp versions of the panos.  I would probably have to create two separate links on the webpage for each pano to allow users to select either the 35mp or 4.5mp versions.

Also, using a phone or tablet, is there a way to emulate the mouse scroll for zooming?

Thanks

I created separate links for 35mp and 4.5mp. Example http://www.thomashuang.net/nz2/nz2.html

But one drawback is that Facebook likes and shares will only forward users to one or the other and if a mobile user is sent directly to the 35mp link, the user will crash and have no way of knowing how to get to the 4.5mp link. Likewise if a mobile user sends the 4.5mp link to a desktop user, the user will see a very bad quality pano and will not know there is a 35mp version.

Hi Thomas,

The Publish to Website tool generates only one set of tiles currently.
The 'iOS size limit' just tells the iphone to downsize the image upon
loading and does not apply to the flash version of the panorama.

Your request is on the wish list, together with alternate zooming
support on Flash mobile.

Hello Joost,

Is there any target date when this feature 'iOS size limit' will be available on Android / Flash mobile devices?

Regards, Mike
