You have to split the video in single images. Then PTGui can run in
batch mode and stitch them provided the camera positions where fixed.
However, if you shoot with different cameras you most probably get
parallax problems.
If your view doesn't extend 180x180� you can use a single camera with
circular fisheye lens and remap your video to spherical using f.e. mpremap:
