How to download PTgui 10.0.19

Hi,

my company purchased a license for PTgui 10.0.19.

The purchase was made by someone not working here anymore.

We don't know the credentials he used for purchase.

He just left us his name and the key.

It was working until this morning, but we had to format the machine where the software was installed.

I'm seeing we are unable to download 10.0.19 version without logging in with his account.

Is there a possibility to download the full version, so that we can use his name and his key as before?

You mean the 2-line license key? You should be able to login with that
key at https://ptgui.com/account

I got this message when trying to use my code (it was for 10.0.19 version) "Invalid license key. Please copy / paste the license key from the order confirmation email to prevent errors."

Deleted the key from the screen since I think anyone here could see it.

Tell me if I can send you the credentials (name and key) we have somewhere safe, if it helps you isolating reasons of the issue.
