Problem with Insta360 X3 DNG conversion to HDR using PTGui Pro version 12.24

I was trying to take an Insta360 X3 original 360 image from the camera (in DNG format) and save it as an HDR for VR software .. but the output was very poor quality.

I was only able to attach the PTGui PTS file.  I can share the source image if needed through another method (was too large for this post).

At a quick glance, there's nothing wrong with the project file. Can you
specify what you mean with "poor quality" and eventually share the
source image? Use wetransfer, dropbox or similar and share the link here.
