Hi Helmut,
See attached screenshot: your source images have mixed white balance.
The dark frames 5500K and the bright images at 3900K. PTGui will by
default output the panorama at the middle white balance: 4581K.
If you output at 3900K and 36 tint, the color will match that of your
bright exposures.
