Hello,

Does anyone know if or when there will be an update that's compatible with the Avata 360?  As of now, you have to choose your own control points to hopefully get a good stitch in however, I'm not having the best of luck with this.  Here's a couple straight out-of-camera examples, both JPEG and RAW:

Jesse,  Not an easy stitch but I manged to get a decent result.  Not enough overlap to enable the lens parameters to be accurately evaluated, so many vertical line control points were employed to help things along.  Project file attached.

Currently PTGui doesn't know this camera, it assumes that it's a
rectilinear lens and it fails to stitch.

I'll add a lens profile in the next PTGui update. For now you can use
John's project file as a template: load 2 images, then do File - Apply
Template.

Kind regards,

Apologies - I inadvertently used an unmatched pair of images for the project file uploaded earlier. It may not make much difference, but here is a better project file using a matched pair (0008_UP and 0008_Down).

Thanks!  So far, this is better than what I've been able to do before this template.  I look forward to the update with native support!
