Been away for time and do not have access to Street view forum any ideas why?

Apologies in advanced. I know it is the wrong forum but I know that someone here would be able to help me. Cannot ask in a blocked forum.

I have been away for a time and is a trusted photographer for a year plus, BUT I do not have access to the Street view trusted form anymore?

I get this message

"Street View trusted badges whitelist

You cannot view topics in this forum.

You do not have the necessary permissions to view topics in this group."

Was there changes made or new requirements to be google trusted or to enter the forum. I did still see my name on the google trusted for hire list. Any idea why it is like this?

The entire Google Street View and the Trusted Photographer was moved to brand new Local Guides Connect:

1. go to and login https://www.localguidesconnect.com

2. Hit the burger menu under Google logo

3. Choose Exclusive Access

4. And then... Whala! Street View trusted photographers forum appears!

i am having the same issue but under burger cant see any exclusive options - any ideas?  any help would be much appreciated as basically i need to change my contact details as a streetview trusted photographer and cant seem to find out how to do it
