Good day,

I recently produced two panos, of which the results are surprising to say the least:

- 3 big and perfectly sharp TIFF's - that led to a completely blurred export.
Screenshot 2026-08-11 at 10.58.04.png

- 5 "reasonably sized" JPG, that ended up as a pile after pano export

What can have happened ? Settings were not changed

Hi Claude,

The screenshot looks like the images were not aligned at all. Either
PTGui failed to find control points, or you had skipped the Align Images
step completely.

What is 'reasonably sized'? What are the source image dimensions in pixels?

Could you try this:

Start a new PTGui Project
Load your jpegs
Press Align Images
File - Save Project

and post the resulting project file (.pts) here?

Kind regards,
