Hi Claude,
The screenshot looks like the images were not aligned at all. Either
PTGui failed to find control points, or you had skipped the Align Images
step completely.
What is 'reasonably sized'? What are the source image dimensions in pixels?
Could you try this:
Start a new PTGui Project
Load your jpegs
Press Align Images
File - Save Project
and post the resulting project file (.pts) here?
