Demosaicing algorithm sometimes makes a huge difference

I shot this as part of a panorama with my Nikon Z7 II and AstrHori 12 mm today. It is a good edge case to show the performance of different demosaicing algorithms. It also shows that PTGui seems to use the AHD

Best tradeoff for both parts is a dual demosaicing:
