Support for Insta360 X4?

Hi! When will you be adding support for the Insta360 X4?

I've been working with my Insta360 X3 and really appreciate the template process you have included in 12.x and 13x .

FWIW, the files seem to come in side by side horizontally instead of vertically like the X3. I can supply some if you want. Feel free to ask.

Any estimate on when the Insta360 X4 will be supported? I just got back from vacation and shot 125 panos and want to work with the .dng files.

Nevermind, I see it's supported in the v13 beta, just upgraded to that.

I tried to stitch a test-panorama from insta 360 X5 with PTGui 13.1 Pro trial. Both original dng-image and the exposed TIFF-image could not be stitched to a single panorama.

Is there a template available?

The X5 is not yet included in PTGui. Could you make a sample image
available for download?

I'm still looking for a sample image. If anyone has the camera, could
you send me a .dng and a .insp file?

For the best results I would need two images, taken at the same spot,
with the camera rotated 90 degrees inbetween. Preferably outside or in a
large room, to reduce parallax.

Files can be shared with sup...@ptgui.com using dropbox, wetransfer or
any other file sharing service.
