I sometimes have problems with ptgui's HDR setting. My workflow: Images created in Fuji x-t4, saved as jpg and raf (lossless compressed). Bracketing automatically with exposure compensation 0, 2, -2. Loaded into ptgui. In the case of jpeg files, HDR is recognized correctly in the project assistant. With raw files up to a certain number of files, ptgui no longer wants to link raw files beyond that. A pano with 23 x 3 original images can be calculated perfectly as jpg, but is not accepted as an exposure series with raw files. Do I have to develop all raws to tiff beforehand? Thanks!

I suggest you to use Capture One express for Fujifilm (it's free) to comvert RAF to Tiff 16bit.
The PTgui RAW converter is basic and doesn't push all the potential of RAF files, also os quite slow on manage it.
