I have a Ladybug 6 camera system that captures 360° panoramas. However, I would like to add an image of the area underneath the vehicle to each panorama.

The images are captured every 5 meters with precise georeferencing. My goal is to use the forward-facing image from the previous capture location together with the two rear-facing images from the next capture location to reconstruct the area hidden beneath the vehicle.

The problem is that when I calibrate the control points between the previous and next images, the entire panorama becomes misaligned and distorted.

I have attached the project file along with the complete image set. Could someone please advise me on the correct workflow or explain what I am doing wrong and how to fix it?

Andrzej,  Your problems stem from invalid use of viewpoint correction.  When you have set viewpoint optimization on for an image, control points on that image must only be placed on a flat surface within the image.  In the example below, viewpoint correction is set for image 9, yet this is inappropriate for control points between images 9 and  4 as displayed here.
