Release 2.0.33 fixes a crash when rendering from triangle textures
that have no stored mipmaps. The crash occurred when the source
texture was tiled on disk and a mipmap was requested at render time.
In this case the api would attempt to generate one from the tiles and
the triangle texture reduction code would try to access data outside
of the current tile (i.e. from the other folded half of the
triangle). The fix now gathers all the tiles into a single temp image
before doing the reduction; this isn't very efficient, but neither is
rendering with no mipmaps ;-)
