No support for unicode? I'm really disappointed.

Hello,

Yesterday, I bought pTerm form App Store, configured it and tried to
use my irssi like in iSSH. I noticed that scandinavian letters (ä,ö,å)
showing as apostrophes. I shrugged it off, must be a wrong charset and
inserted my correct LANG enviroment variable to pTerm. Then I ran it
again, still apostrophes. After that I tried to force the LANG
variable by running "export LANG=en_GB.utf8" (yes, I'm using a British
locale) and then resume my screen. After that, apostrophes were gone
only to be replaced by boxes. I sighed and went back to iSSH (which is
damn slow unlike pTerm).

I really like pTerm more than iSSH but this leaves me no choice.

When are we getting a proper unicode support or am I really doing
something wrong here?
