Use of Touch Screen

Hi,

Just started to use pTerm, all good so far.

As a suggestion what about having the ability to use the touch screen
as an input device. What I mean is I have some sessions I log to that
are menu driven, "T" for tools, etc, could we not just touch the T to
have it input ready to send upon using return.
Further to the above what about extending the touch movements with
things like up swipe for up arrow, left to right for return... have so
we can configure each.

Any way excellent app, keep up the good work.

Adding support for gestures has been on the list for quite some time,
though quite near the bottom. I'm still testing the next rev, which
will basically finish up the roadmap I originally posted nearly a year
ago (adding multiple connection support, fonts, colors, key import,
more keys, etc.).

Once that is released I'll be working on making the UI a bit more
usable, including adding gesture support. If anyone else has ideas
for how this kind of input could be configured, I'd love to hear
them. It is an odd feature to make intuitive.
