Update: API doc, 0.2 release, request for help

Quite a bit of progress:

  - Documentation of API is filling out quite nicely:

    http://ptahproject.readthedocs.org/en/latest/api.html

  - ptah_crowd is back to 100% test coverage.  ptah_crowd

    provides user management/functionality.  resetpassword, etc.

We will have a 0.2 release of Ptah this week.  If you are interested

in helping; we could use people reviewing API documentation, testing

the examples, and testing ptah_crowd.

Also if anyone wants to contribute documentation, some ideas:

  - How to install Ptah using uWSGI, ISAPI, etc.  That would be great.

  - Tutorials

  - Come up with a convention where we can reference "related Pyramid"
    documentation.  We need to point to Pyramid documentation all over

    the place.  Need a good pattern.
