Documentation:

  - Got white-listed on readthedocs.org, now you can see the API documentation.

  - API docs filled in

  - Ptah Manage and RDBMS structure sections added

  - Quite a bit of old/outdated documentation removed.

Code:

   - Scaffolds are gone and have moved to examples repository, README added and tested.

   - Chris M. reviewed the Ptah code and didnt see anything that made him barf.

   - If you are familiar with Pyramid you should feel at home with Ptah.
