trail
network in the region. Its an exciting opportunity and historic trail.
Or
work in the most popular park in Pittsburgh, Frick.
Sunday the hard cores will be at Moraine, doing a little rock work and
blaze marking the trails for navigation ease.

Hey,
Elite Runners Trail Runners, a new trail running group in Pittsburgh is
holding their inaugural trail race November 14 at North Park. The course
is 90% trails (runners will only be on marked trails, red and orange
loops
mostly). We're offering three distances- 50K, 22.5K (half marathon), and
8K (about 5 miles). Proceeds are going to Operation Troop
Appreciation- a
nonprofit sending asked-for items and letters to deployed troops. You
can
sign up for the race at

looking for volunteers, even if you don't run, to man aid stations or
