hey wandering if any one can help me how to change the speech rate /speed or how to get to the settings for it

Yeah,

Go to system preferences/system settings. Instead of adjusting the speech settings for VoiceOver, go to the "spoken content" tab instead, this adjusts the default system voice for text to speech and will adjust the voice that Komplete-kontrol uses.
