Plug-in views

 Would anyone know of a reason why plug-in views are not working right for me. For example, if I load the EQ 3 7 band, voiceover says default view. But, when I press control left right up or down, I get no feedback. This is happening with every plug-in that I load that has a created plug-in view file. I have not modified any of the files.

Did you follow the setup instructions to turn off the Mission Control keyboard shortcuts?

 When I first set up ProTools, I did follow all those instructions. The only thing that is changed is, I have plugged in a USB keyboard instead of my wireless keyboard which has a number pad. I might need to go back and see if it is checked.
