The command+i combination did not work!

Hi list members, when i tried to use the command combination Connand+i combination, i found that it did not work. What i was trying to find out, is what version of Pro Tools that i’m using. P.S. i also would like to know the proper version of flo tools that works with the version of pro tools 24.31. Thank you for any information that you might have concerning these questions.
