Are there a lot of hot keys that can be added to Pro Tools to navigate it faster?

Hi, list members, i’d like to know if there are a lot of hotkeys that i can use in Pro Tools to navigate it faster? As an example lets say that i want to first create a template, then set the tempo, along with that quantize to the closest eighth note. thank you for any information that you might have concerning these questions.
