Hi Terry,
Most likely, there are two separate things at play here. The first, in terms of drivers, is the audio device recognition. If the system sees the device, Pro Tools will see the device as a viable audio input/output device. If you've installed drivers for that purpose, that's great. The second thing, however, is that, in order to respond to input from the M32, Pro Tools has to see it as a viable control surface and, in order for that to be the case, the M32 has to be capable of HUI mode or EUCON mode. I have absolutely no idea whether the M32 supports either standard. A Google search or a browse through the M32 manual will answer that. If it does support one of those standards, it's a matter of booting it into one of those modes. If not, then it might be supported in other DAWs but let's see what you find out.
Hope that helps,
Slau

My help is a cited computer tech support guy. However, he's not that for Milyer with this type of operation. It would be nice if we could find someone that we could talk to on the phone that would walk us through this type of process. I'm sure that quite a few things have been done right and I'm sure it's probably just something simple that we are not doing that would make this work correctly. When he turns the volume is up and down on the board he can see the changes on the computer. However, when he tries to make changes with either the board or pro tools they won't respond together. If someone could give me a call I would sure appreciate it my phone number is
