How can i know what the Plug-in view will do for me?

Hi all:

I Need to know is there any Separate text file for each Plug-in view that i can read to know what it will do for me after placing it in it’s place?
for instance i found a very great surprise that this is a plug-in view for The blue cad, so, what will it do for me concerning accessibility?

I think you mean Blue Cat? I think it's pretty much just for the load button. If you open the text file, you can see which parameters have coordinates associated with them to move the mouse. If the coordinates are "0,0" then there haven't been any coordinates added.
