How can i get a copy of the keystrokes for the new version of Pro Tools?

Hi list members, can some one please tell me where i might get a copy of the commands and keystrokes for the new version of Pro Tools? P.S. where can i listen to the online manual to make sure that i have Pro Tools setup correctly? Thank you.

Please Dear God tell me they've not totally changed things! I've gotten so used to the keystrokes already, the last thing I need is to be out of commission while learning new commands.
