komplete s49 mk 2 in protools

hey I have updated protools to the latest version and one of the new things is the ability to control the daw using komplete keyboard but since I tried I'm facing a lot of issues 

-the keyboard don't work with the plugin in the daw 

-it didn't even control the software stand alone 

I have removed the keyboard but I still can not control the plugin in protools

Make sure you go to your system library/application support/avid/audio/plug-ins and remove anything that has FB in it. There should be about 5 or 6. Restart and you should be good to go.
