Building an accessible Virtual arranger on pro tools, can we?

Hi all:
DO not know if my ideas can be true or not, but i need to have a virtual arranger in my hand for quick tasks,
I picked mini drum and percussion loops, that can be stretshed, but my issue is about chords,
can’t we find something that can play chords after we write them? and i can build the style of playing according to what i need?
do not know if you can get me or not, but i Hate using Hardware keyboards because all of them are not accessible, and i need to perform what i need with my hands.
