careful with Keyboard Maestro 9

For those thinking of updating to Keyboard Maestro 9, everything looks fine however, there's one important thing to remember: If you're using Flo Tools, don't reinstall Flo Tools into KM9 with the current installer. The current installer is only meant for Keyboard Maestro version 8. If you already have Flo Tools installed, you're good to go and, frankly, there's no reason to ever reinstall Flo Tools unless you're doing a flo Tools update. There will probably need to be a new installer to support Keyboard Maestro version 9 but that'll take a little while. So, feel free to go to KM9 but don't reinstall flo Tools for any reason for the time being. We'll keep you posted when there's any further news.

Is there a way we can set KM so that it won't nag us about there being
an update from 8 to 9?

I've not seen one yet that I know of, but I just wanna be sure it's not
gonna start doing so in the future if I don't elect to upgrade.

It should give you the option when it reminds you the first time. Also the upgrade price is till October so you may want to set a personal reminder if you plan to upgrade in the future and still get the discounted price.

and it works well so long as Slau said you don’t uninstall flo tools. I actually updated a couple of days back before Slau’s email came through. Thank god it worked. Anyway all seems to be working well here.
