What do i do to make sure that everything is setup correctly in pro tools?

Hi, list members, i’m thinking of getting back in to using pro tools, but the question is how do i make sure that everything is setup properly befor starting to use pro tools again. I know that there is a walk through of flight check but i would like to know if anyone may be able to help make sure that i have everything setup correctly befor starting to use Pro Tools again? Thank you for any information that you might have to help me get things back on track! P.S. I’d like to also know how can i add other keyboards to my setup? I want to add my yamaha Motif es6 to my setup as well as my jv20-80 i also have a MOTU midi interface that i would like to use.
