Soundcard issue- small step forward

Hello again!

During the first installation I must have missed a message regarding security and privacy.
That message is gone now.
No uninstall and reinstall brings it back to confirm.

Does anybody know how to handle such a task?

Hi Martin,
Open the Security and Privacy Preference Pane and go to the end of the window and unlock the pane with your password. Enable the Privacy tab and move to the categories. Select the Microphone category and move to the table. You should see your interface's driver there. Check the checkbox and restart your machine. That should solve the issue.

Hello Slau and thanks for answering!

I had been there before and tryed again now.
The table only contains one item and that is the one for Pro Tools.
Never the less I also unchecked and rechecked this one without success.

I tryed to uninstall using the uninstaller and checked the Avid site for a manual remove of the Mbox files.
Nothing brought back that security message again.

Have you tried just installing it again to see if it brings back that option?
