Protools 2019.6 and Flotools 2019.5.1

I upgraded to OS Mohave, protools 2019.6 and flotools 2019.5.1.
Everything seemed to go flawlessly, until I ran protools.
I got the message that an update to flotools 2019.5.1 was available,
even though I had just installed it.
I rebooted and reinstalled flotools, but still got the same message.
Strangely, I was not able to interact with the flotools update dialog
as in the passed. All I could do was close out PT or cancel out of the
dialog using the escape key.
Any thoughts as to why I'm still getting the flotools update message?
Also, my inspector shortcuts do not seem to be working, whenever I am
actually able to get into a PT session.

Mojave requires a lot more verification in System Prefs>Security and Privacy. C the install instructions on the FT website, the team explain the process perfectly.
