What are the protools shortcut keys?

Hi list members, I’ve forgotten what the pro tools shortcut keys are. Thank you for any help that you can give in regards to this question.

Hi. There is a whole reference sheet of them in the same place when
you download the installer, there is a pdf of all of them which I
usually convert to text, easier searching.

What do you use to convert the pdf file on a mac? I wonder if adobe reader is available for the mac? If so, that is a good thing!

I use adobe reader, but I just save the shortcut keys as text, so I
can use a decent search to find things.
