Good morning this may have already been discussed but I would appreciate some feedback how do I stop ProTools from having to access the Internet before it will allow me to use it thanks a lot

Pro Tools doesn't need to be connected to the Internet to work. It simply needs to see a license which is either on your iLok or, if you're using iLok Cloud, then you'd need Internet access.
