Each time that you install a new version of pro tools, do you have to go through the pre flight check list? Also, P.S. are there audio files in the fb360 that we do need to get rid of so that we don't have problems with the Komplete control 88

It's not specifically necessary unless something seems to go wrong. If you're one of those people for whom FB360 causes problems with KK, it's a good idea to check on those plug-ins after a new PT install. There's also an uninstaller application in the Drop Box.
