changing tempo without changing pitch in protools

Hi. Is there a method in protools to change the tempo of a .wav file
without changing the pitch? I didn't see anything obvious, except in
midi files.

TCE is the Time Compression/Expansion plug-in. It's under the Pitch category and is called Time Shift. However, you'll get better results with X-Form which is part of the Avid Complete Plug-in Bundle for fifty dollars per year as a subscription.
