strange problem with faderport 8

Hi,

 

A week ago i received the fp8. It works fine but i have a strange problem.

I loaded a few sessions without any problem. But there is one session that gives the following erroor:

Pro tools is unable to communicate with HUI. Power-cycle HUI and check its connections. I searched the internet and found an answer that you have to check run midi at the background in Midi studio (audio-midi app).

But this app is not very accessible. Also with help from someone with working eyes we could not find this.

I tried other thins such as other usb hub and ports but this session still gave this error.

System: protools 2018-12, flotools 2018-7 and Sierra.

With protools 2019-5 and flotols 2019-5 i have the same problem. Also with Mojave.

Any ideas what this is and how i can slove this?
