Does the new version of pro tools work with the most recent version of Flo tools?

Hi list members, I’d like to know does the latest version of pro tools work with the most recent version of Flo tools? I ask this question because I’m having problems when going through the preflight check list to make sure that I set up everything correctly. Thank you for any information that you might have concerning my questions.
